Get in touch with the course you are interested in and the format you need. SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, AICC. If you are not sure which suits your LMS, just ask. We get back within 24 hours.

Step 2

We will send you a quote. One flat fee, clearly laid out, no small print. If you want to see a preview first, say so, and we will send one over. Interested in more than one course? Ask about bundle pricing.

Step 3

Pay the invoice. That is the last bill you will see from us unless you choose the optional update plan.

Step 4

Receive your file, upload it to your LMS, assign it to your team. No accounts, no setup calls. The course is yours permanently. Nobody can revoke your access or change the terms.

  • You receive a zipped course package in your chosen format. Eloqvia courses can be delivered as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI (Tin Can API), AICC, or cmi5.

    You upload the package directly to your existing LMS and assign it to your team. No external platform, no login, no third-party system required. The file is yours permanently with no expiry date.

  • Yes, you need a Learning Management System to deploy and track the course. Eloqvia courses are compatible with all major LMS platforms. If you are not sure which format suits your setup, just ask and we will help you figure it out.

  • There is no user limit. One purchase covers your entire organisation regardless of headcount. The price never changes based on how many people complete the training.

  • Yes. The Compliance Bundle includes GDPR and Data Protection, Workplace Harassment Prevention, and Cybersecurity Awareness at a reduced combined price. Custom bundle pricing is also available. Contact us directly for a quote.

  • For regulation-linked courses, Eloqvia offers an optional annual update plan. When legislation changes, your course content is updated to reflect it. The plan costs a flat annual fee regardless of how many users you have. It is optional and never required to maintain access to the course you already own.

  • With a subscription you pay annually and lose access if you cancel. With Eloqvia you pay once and own the course file permanently. There is no recurring fee unless you choose the optional update plan for regulation-linked courses.

  • Because course files are delivered digitally and immediately, we do not offer refunds after delivery. We offer previews before purchase for exactly this reason, so you can be confident before you buy. If something is wrong with your file or it is not what you expected, get in touch and we will sort it out.
